I bring 15+ of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I provide quality service to build relationship with clients, and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. I’m always available by phone, text or email. Communication with clients throughout the property selling or buying process as well as with attorneys, lenders, inspectors and contractors helps keep the process on track for a clean closing.
I began my career in real estate as a Real Estate Title Clerk, then as a real estate Paralegal. When my husband’s company relocated us to Tucson, Arizona, I gained hands on education in residential property investing, focusing on evaluating cost estimates of whole home rehabilitation.
I consult with real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, surveyors, financial institutions, code enforcement officers, appraisers, investors and contractors to verify plans and cost estimates; this experience makes me effective in studying and evaluating real estate property and rehab for residential use. I collaborate with local green building manufacturers, contractors and government grant agencies to implemented sustainable building practices in development projects. I work with property sellers, buyers and investors as well as builders & developers
